Manage the dispatch board to help technicians stay productive and on track. Debrief technicians after their calls and help ensure smooth communication. Call customers to confirm and schedule service or install appointments — with warmth and professionalism. Build genuine rapport with customers and deliver top-quality support. Review invoices created by each technician and make sure everything is accurate. Support accounting tasks by organizing and grouping department invoices daily. Pull permits and help schedule inspections after jobs are wrapped up. Jump in to help other departments when needed — teamwork truly matters here. You follow processes that help the team run efficiently and consistently. You show up on time, ready to go, and dependable for your assigned schedule Tuesday through Saturday only . You’re comfortable working independently and collaboratively. You’re tech-friendly and comfortable with Excel, Word, and Outlook. You communicate clearly — whether on the phone, in person, or over email. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize competing tasks throughout the day. You work well under pressure, adapt quickly, and stay focused when things get busy. You’re reliable, hardworking, and committed to getting things done right the first time. Dispatch experience (2+ years) is a strong plus, but not required. Able to pass a background check.
