About The Position

In this essential role, you will answer incoming calls from residents, coordinate carts and buses efficiently, and ensure transportation needs are met with care, accuracy, and professionalism. As a Dispatcher, you will be the central point of communication for transportation requests across our community. You will direct carts and buses, prioritize calls, and ensure timely assistance for residents. Your role is vital in maintaining mobility, comfort, and peace of mind for those who rely on our services.
