About The Position
Reston Limousine is hiring a Dispatcher in Sterling, Virginia. The role is available part-time or full-time and is onsite, with AM, PM, and overnight shifts available. The Dispatcher assigns drivers and vehicles based on workload, communicates with drivers and clients, maintains dispatch records, and coordinates with the shuttle operations team. Requirements
- 1–3 years of related work experience.
- Experience in client services, preferably in the transportation, courier, or trucking industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Solid geographic knowledge of the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area.
- Excellent attention to detail and verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills when dealing with clients, logical issues, and day-to-day workload.
- High school diploma or GED.
Nice To Haves
- Passenger driver or delivery experience.
