About The Position

MERJ Fleet Services, Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher to join their team. MERJ has been serving WNY and surrounding areas since 2015 and has grown to almost 54 employees. Dispatching: 3 years (Required)
Overnight Shift availability (Required)

Responsibilities

Taking service calls and dispatching incoming calls for emergency roadside repair or towing services needed to the mechanic/technicians.
Following company protocol for documenting all necessary information on the repair or tow that is needed.
Following up with input of service calls and tows.
Data entry of work orders given to you through email or hardcopy by road-service techs and mechanics from jobs completed on roadside or off site facilities.
Processing of credit card phone orders and entering in payments collected from customers through the software application of Intuit.
Entering payments by check and virtual credit card emails from customers.
Calling to get Event Number for thruway calls and closing the event when work is completed.
Using Thruway camera app, Life 360, and Fleetmatics Reveal.
Assisting technicians/mechanics with questions relating to service and tow calls.
