GRADE: 18 CLOSING DATE: 06/29/2026 Job Summary: Under the general supervision of a Dispatch Supervisor, this position performs work in a highly technical environment in the Operation Communication Center (Opcomm). This position is responsible for critical incidents and to receive, process, coordinate, and disseminate emergency and non-emergency incidents and related information from multiple sources statewide in support of the Enforcement and Compliance Bureau, Office of Inspector General, Attorney General's Office, Arizona Department of Agriculture, and the Livestock Division using a multi-line telephone system, two-way radio, statewide port of entry cameras and a Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) System as part of a interfaced operational program. Dispatchers conduct research, enters, updates and retrieves information from computerized databases relating to wanted persons, stolen property, vehicle registration, stolen vehicles, and other related information in accordance with policy and procedure. The Operational Communication Center is a 24/7 operation. Dispatchers are subject to shift work and must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Background check is required. This position is eligible for a $4,000 hiring incentive.
