About The Position

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a specialized Dispatcher for our Temporary Fencing Division in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will manage the heartbeat of our local fencing operations. You will receive customer orders, source product availability for upcoming fencing projects, and strategically dispatch both drivers and installation crews. From initial delivery and setup to the final tear-down and pickup, you will oversee the full lifecycle of our physical inventory and site deployment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or industrial/construction operations.
• Strong geographical knowledge of the greater Charlotte delivery area.
• Experience working with DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in fencing, scaffolding, or multi-crew deployment is a major plus.
