Your primary mission is to keep the day flowing, keep the technicians productive, and ensure every customer feels taken care of. If you excel in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy coordinating moving parts, and can solve problems quickly, this position will be a strong fit.
Requirements

- Help prevent unnecessary callbacks
- Keep technicians moving and productive
- Confirm appointments and arrival windows
- Provide updates when schedules shift
- Maintain calm, clear, and professional communication
- Deliver excellent customer service over the phone
- Identify true no‑cool or urgent situations
- Capture essential job details quickly
- Recognize opportunities for maintenance, repair, or replacement
- Track technician locations and job progress
- Coordinate follow‑ups, parts needs, and rescheduling
- Ensure no customer or job falls through the cracks
- Reduce wasted time and unnecessary travel
- Prevent double dispatches
- Keep the schedule full and productive
