Manages day-to-day operations and serves as a primary point of contact for client communications. Primarily serves the local area facilities, with travel to other ACA offices or client sites as needed. Tracks all local ACA assignments to ensure timely and accurate representation. Maintains regular communication with ACA operations staff to support required client updates. Conducts all inspection assignments in accordance with API, client, and ACA standards. Maintains ongoing contact with local facility operations and loss control personnel as needed. Performs additional duties as assigned by ACA management.
