About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous dispatching, scheduling, logistics, customer service, or operations experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling or dispatch software.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in transportation, service, utilities, construction, or field operations environments.
Knowledge of GPS tracking systems and route optimization tools.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to build positive relationships with customers and field staff.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule technicians, drivers, or field personnel to maximize efficiency and service levels.
Monitor schedules and make real-time adjustments based on customer needs, traffic conditions, or operational changes.
Serve as the primary communication link between customers, field teams, and management.
Track work orders, service requests, and job completion status.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide updates on service timelines.
Maintain accurate records within company systems and ensure all information is up to date.
Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist with route planning and resource allocation to improve productivity.
Support daily operational reporting and performance tracking.
