About The Position

VP Coffee, a Smart Care Equipment Solutions company, is a fast-growing Nationwide service company specializing in coffee and espresso technology. We are currently seeking a skilled Service Coordinator to provide support to field personnel and deliver best-in-class customer support for national and local clients. Candidates need experience in Dispatch/routing, possess excellent analytical and organizational skills, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years’ proven experience in a dispatch or service coordinator role is required
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, both independently and as a team
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and professional customer service skills are a must
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain good attendance
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and the ability to learn new software platforms

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate coffee equipment repair for national clients such as Franke, Schaerer, McDonalds, Dunkin, and more
  • Monitor service calls and technicians for an assigned geographical region to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met
  • Work hands-on with field supervisors to ensure service calls are dispatched properly and efficiently
  • Provide support to field technicians and service agents – work order management, facilitate technical support, etc
  • Communicate professionally with client management and store partners to ensure all service requirements are met
  • Process customer service requests and inquiries via phone and email
