Requirements

At least 1 year of current dispatching / dispatcher experience
High School Diploma/GED
Experience with live dispatch functions
TMW or Mcleod experience
Knowledge and understanding of DOT, HOS & FMCSA standards
Teamwork matters here! This role requires someone who can communicate effectively, collaborate with others and contribute positively to a team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

E-log, automated workflow and form messaging experience highly desired
Tanker or ISO Experience

Responsibilities

Scheduling of drivers and equipment to meet customer needs
Ensure status monitor is current and address any issues with driver routes
Coordinate equipment needs per loading requirements
Dispatch and plan drivers for local intermodel/ drayage operation
Ensure all customer requests are processed and received
Provide excellent customer service
