Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Acceptable criminal background and motor vehicle record

Nice To Haves

1+ year of experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, customer service, or a related field
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Familiarity with routing, maps, and geographic areas
Comfortable using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
1 year of dispatching experience
1 year of customer service experience

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule courier deliveries
Receive, enter, and manage orders through phone, email, and internal systems
Communicate with drivers, customers, and team members to ensure excellent service
Monitor deliveries and assist with issue resolution when needed
Maintain accurate records, notes, and operational documentation
Support day-to-day dispatch and customer service activities
Assist with operational needs and special projects as required
