About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will act as the central communication hub between customers and field technicians—ensuring service calls are scheduled efficiently, routes are optimized, and customers receive timely, professional support. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think quickly while keeping operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Experience in dispatching or customer service, preferably in a service-based environment
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and confident phone presence
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on quick resolution
  • Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and scheduling tools
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls

Nice To Haves

  • Previous dispatching, scheduling, or call center experience preferred
  • Familiarity with home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) is a plus
  • Experience with scheduling software (ServiceTitan preferred) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls with professionalism and a customer-first approach
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and technicians
  • Schedule and dispatch service calls using efficient routing and prioritization
  • Create, update, and manage service orders with a high level of accuracy
  • Adjust schedules in real time to respond to changing service demands
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts, customer concerns, and service issues effectively
  • Monitor job progress and proactively follow up to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, service orders, and schedules
  • Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and provide status updates
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership to improve workflow and efficiency
  • Utilize CRM and scheduling systems to manage and track daily activity
