This role focuses on delivering friendly customer service in a retail store environment. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with shopping, locating products, and providing solutions. The position also involves ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience, handling cash transactions, and promoting the store's rewards program and credit cards. Additionally, the role supports various operational tasks such as truck unloading, merchandise stocking, maintaining store recovery standards, and assisting with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The team member will also participate in planogram processes, merchandise return/go-back procedures, and support shrink and safety programs. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs is essential. The role requires interacting positively with others, promoting the organization's vision and values, and serving as a role model. Cross-training in Custom Framing is also part of the responsibilities, along with other duties as assigned.
