Dispatcher – Infinity Texas Air
Forney, TX

Requirements

• MUST have experience using ServiceTitan
• MUST have prior dispatching experience in an HVAC and/or plumbing company
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
• Comfortable managing multiple technicians and priorities at once

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC and plumbing technicians using ServiceTitan
• Manage technician routes to maximize efficiency and revenue
• Communicate clearly with technicians, CSRs, and customers throughout the day
• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed
• Ensure calls are booked properly, and all job information is accurate
• Support the team in hitting daily revenue and performance goals
