Responsibilities

Dispatch technicians based on skillset, availability, and job requirements
Provide technicians with all necessary job details and updates
Manage job flow by dispatching one call at a time and debriefing each call before assigning the next
Track and update technician statuses (dispatch, arrival, completion) in the system
Verify timecards and maintain accurate records
Maintain and update dispatch/tally reports
Communicate with customers prior to dispatch to confirm availability and payment method
Input leads into the system and coordinate with internal teams as needed
Organize and manage the on-call schedule
Provide weekly reports and insights to Service and Sales Managers
Collaborate with leadership to evaluate technician performance and strengths
Support team members and complete additional duties as assigned
