About The Position

The primary function of this role is to dispatch work orders to TXB/Kwik Chek locations and some Dealer locations. The main duties involve responding to emergency and non-emergency work orders by dispatching them to McCraw techs and 3rd party service companies for equipment repair. This role also includes ordering parts for fuel equipment, lights, and replacement parts, conducting monthly inventory of parts, purchasing equipment for stores, and obtaining quotes for equipment repair/replacement. Additionally, the position requires managing fuel compliance for tanks, lines, and other fuel equipment as per TCEQ and OCC regulations, and occasionally shipping back warranty parts. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• General knowledge of various types of equipment used in convenience stores.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision, given proper instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally and written at a high level.
• Ability to follow instructions, given either orally or in writing.
• Proficient with Excel and Word documents.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent listening skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in dispatching work orders or customer service is recommended.
• Experience in general trades of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and handy man maintenance is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch work orders primarily to TXB/Kwik Chek locations and Dealer locations.

• Order parts for fuel equipment, lights, and replacement parts.
• Conduct monthly inventory of parts in the cage.
• Purchase equipment for stores as needed.
• Get quotes for equipment repair/replacement.
• Manage fuel compliance for tanks, lines, and other fuel equipment as required by TCEQ in Texas and OCC in Oklahoma.
• Occasional shipping back of warranty parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
