Requirements
- Strong geographical knowledge
- Expertise in routing pick-up and delivery drivers and route drivers
- Ability to improve route efficiencies through daily adjustments
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and other computer programs
Responsibilities
- Creating and optimizing route sequences
- Addressing customer and employee requests, concerns, and complaints promptly
- Maintaining safety standards per federal, state, and company policies
- Forecasting and communicating equipment needs
- Data entry and distribution
- Continuously improving route efficiencies through regular maintenance
