About The Position

Transit Team, Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate and dispatch transportation services efficiently and effectively. This role involves monitoring and adjusting routes, communicating with drivers, and acting as the primary point of contact for driver support. The Dispatcher will also resolve customer service concerns, manage critical incidents, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborate with supervisors to ensure service goals are met. Accurate record-keeping is essential for daily operations.

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dispatching software
Ability to multitask and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to remain calm and professional during service disruptions or emergencies
Commitment to providing safe, reliable, and caring service

Transportation, dispatching, logistics, or customer service experience preferred
