About The Position

Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Take daily orders from Superintendents via e-mail
Call supplier to set up orders for next day
Aggregate Tracker
Schedule updates in B2W-Mondays
Update equipment locations on B2W-Daily
Send reports to General Superintendent team as needed
Any Dispatcher related tasks/Duties as needed
Follow up with subcontractors
Scheduler

Requirements

• 2+ years of dispatch experience in the construction/building materials industry
• Proficiency with computer programs, including Office Suite
• A high school diploma or GED is required
• A desire to learn and grow.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
