The Driver Manager position is a key operation role focused on supporting drivers and ensuring efficient load coordination. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with drivers to support their success
Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries by effectively tracking and tracing loads
Identify patterns, trends, and irregularities through both independent analysis and team collaboration
Respond to urgent situations with professionalism and sound judgment
Communicate clearly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, to support daily operations
