About The Position

We install and service all types of heating and air conditioning, including geothermal and boiler service, and have a fully equipped sheet metal shop. We are a team of home service experts dedicated to ensuring peak performance for home's plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical systems. We are seeking a Dispatcher to work in our Uniontown, OH office. This role involves daily interactions with customers and supporting the company's growth. The Dispatcher will coordinate and schedule field service technicians in a fast-paced HVAC service organization, maintain an organized daily workflow, utilize company resources to respond to customer requests, and help achieve company revenue goals. This position offers a great opportunity for someone interested in operations, customer service, or a future in management.

Requirements

1 - 5 years of customer service experience
Desire to achieve goals, both personal and professional
Hard work ethic and willingness to work OT when necessary
Strong team mentality
Experience in a customer service role where the phrase “customer first” was practiced daily

Nice To Haves

Experience with Service Titan system is a bonus

Responsibilities

Daily scheduling of field service technicians
Direct interaction with customers in need of service
Answer in-bound calls
Make outbound calls to schedule service and solicit customers for future business
Dispatch technicians to jobs
Helping team members with side tasks
Maintain customer database
Provide BEST IN CLASS customer service
