The Big Task As a Dispatcher, you will coordinate service schedules, support technicians, and ensure customers receive timely, professional service while helping the Service Team achieve performance and revenue goals.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in scheduling, customer service, or dispatching is preferred, and comfort using multiple communication platforms and basic software tools will help you succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule service repairs, follow-ups, and return visits using established processes
  • Assist technicians and Customer Service Representatives via phone, email, and chat to support job completion and customer needs
  • Monitor and adjust schedules, emergency coverage, and parts availability to maintain service quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with service management and other departments to resolve issues, communicate with customers, and support team performance
