About The Position

Technica LLC seeks to recruit for the position of Dispatcher on a Government contract with a place of performance at El Paso TX.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must Pass a National Agency Background Check.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Professional Telephone Etiquette.
• Familiarity with the Greater Fort Bliss Military Installation (to include East Fort Bliss, McGregor Range, Dona Anna Base Camp, Oro Grande, Tobin Wells, and White Sands Missile Range).
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks related to the position.

Nice To Haves

• Valid State Issued Driver's Class B Commercial Driver's License is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assignment of motor vehicles and drivers for conveyance passengers.
• Compile lists of available vehicles.
• Issue keys, record sheets, and driver credentials.
• Record time of departure, destination, cargo, passengers, expected time of return and investigate overdue vehicles.
• Confer with customers to expedite or locate missing, misrouted, delayed or damaged merchandise.
• Maintain record of mileage, fuel used, repairs made, and other expenses.
• Modify daily route schedules to meet the requirements of missions.
• Direct activities of drivers, assign helpers to drivers, and assign vehicles per request.
• Responsible for the distribution of vehicles to customers and the movement of equipment to vendors for repairs and maintenance.
• Contact personnel for assignments and/or required information per the TMP Supervisor.
