About The Position

ECHO AFC Transportation, a full-service transportation company providing transportation solutions to companies and individuals for 25 years, has an immediate need for Dispatchers to work in our Dallas facility.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of transportation industry preferred
• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to multi-task
• Dependable
• Must have open availability 7 days a week
• Must be able to work overnight
• Must be able to work all shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule chauffeurs/drivers to fleet vehicles
• Recommend and arrange transportation options for clients
• Provide quotes and enter new business into our reservation system
• Create and maintain trip manifests
