Requirements
- Previous dispatcher experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using CRM systems and technology
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- Organized, calm under pressure, and a team player
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Handle technician dispatching efficiently to support daily operations
- Answer incoming calls and deliver excellent customer service
- Schedule jobs and maintain accurate records using ServiceTitan
- Monitor job progress and communicate updates as needed
- Respond calmly and professionally to emergency situations
- Serve as a key communication link between customers and field staff
