About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher. This is a key position responsible for keeping daily operations running smoothly by coordinating technicians, managing client communication, and ensuring accuracy across scheduling, billing, and administrative processes. Requirements

  • 2+ years of dispatch, administrative, or office experience
  • 2+ years of data entry or administrative support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong phone presence and ability to handle challenging customer interactions
  • Excellent scheduling and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence working with technicians and managing expectations
  • High level of accuracy with billing, timelines, and documentation
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls, preventative maintenance, and emergencies
  • Communicate with customers to coordinate appointments and address concerns
  • Handle inbound calls from clients, including urgent service needs and billing questions
  • Prepare quotes, invoices, and customer work orders for billing
  • Process payments and assist with accounts payable for ordered parts
  • Order materials and coordinate parts fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Collaborate closely with technicians to ensure efficient daily operations
