About The Position
We’re looking for a responsible and skilled Dispatcher to join our team. This plays a crucial role in coordinating the delivery of Cemex products, ensuring efficient and timely service to our customers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Proficiency in OSHA standards and regulations.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
- Attention to detail and strong decision-making skills.

- 1 year of dispatching experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with production and yard personnel to schedule deliveries, factoring in truck capacity, delivery distances, and unloading times.
- Work closely with customer service representatives to optimize delivery schedules.
- Assign drivers for concrete product deliveries and generate sales reports.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and promptly address any service quality issues.
- Cultivate internal relationships to understand and fulfill customer needs.
- Record mix components for each load and maintain driver communication to streamline deliveries.
- Recommend procedural enhancements to improve customer service.
- Generate and manage invoices, delivery tickets, and shipping documents.
