About The Position
As a Dispatcher at Academy Bus, you will join a cross-functional team and keep lines of communication open between employees and customers. The role offers an opportunity for growth within the largest privately owned and operated transportation company in the U.S. The position is located in Hoboken, New Jersey, pays $18.00–$22.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications, and requires a flexible schedule that may occasionally include nights and weekends.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of scheduling or operations experience.
- Experience with MS Outlook and Excel.
Nice To Haves
- CDL with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Review schedules and requests.
- Monitor service performance.
- Coordinate with terminal leadership, customer service, and other teams to ensure safe and effective operations.
