Requirements
- 3+ years of dispatch, transportation, or logistics experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

- CDL (or ability to obtain)
Responsibilities
- Dispatch buses and manage daily routes for on-time performance
- Communicate with drivers and customers to resolve issues fast
- Monitor routes and make real-time decisions in a high-energy environment
- Handle busy phone and radio communication
- Support driver scheduling, coaching, and daily operations
