About The Position

The Dispatcher role at Jolly Enterprises is responsible for evaluating customer calls and matching the right technician to every job. This position involves evening coverage for customers and field technicians, assisting in data collection and analysis, and meeting daily revenue and sold-hour goals by prioritizing urgent and profitable calls. The dispatcher will relay accurate information to technicians to ensure proficient, quality customer experiences, manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field, and record service call results to create report summaries for senior management. Additionally, the role requires establishing customer rapport to encourage repeat business, responding to customer requests, resolving issues, promoting the brand, and participating in training to boost sales and ensure quick, accurate dispatch of incoming orders. The dispatcher will also update customers on technician progress throughout the day.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in customer service.
  • IT competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communications.
  • Ability to build trust, diffuse conflict and hold others accountable.
  • Personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.
  • Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Evening coverage for customers and field technicians
