About The Position
John Knox Village of Florida is seeking a responsive, organized, and customer-focused Dispatcher to support residents and the transportation team. The Dispatcher is the central point of communication for transportation requests across the community, answering incoming calls, directing carts and buses, prioritizing requests, and ensuring residents receive timely assistance. The role contributes to resident mobility, comfort, and peace of mind while supporting a positive, resident-centered environment and customer-centric care. Requirements
