This role is based in a plant or office setting with frequent interaction with drivers and operations teams. The position may involve flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends, depending on business needs.

Requirements

• Strong communication and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to problem-solve and make timely, sound decisions
• Proficiency with dispatch systems and general computer applications
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and customer service
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch ready-mix deliveries to meet customer timelines and job site requirements
• Communicate with drivers, plant teams, and customers to coordinate efficient delivery routes
• Monitor orders and adjust schedules in real time to address changes or delays
• Maintain accurate order entry, delivery tickets, and dispatch records
• Support a culture of safety by reinforcing safe work practices and compliance
