Requirements

• Strong communicators with a team-first mindset
• Calm under pressure and quick on their feet
• Skilled at multitasking and managing fast-moving priorities
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (ServiceTitan, BuildPro/SupplyPro a plus!)
• Organized, dependable, and looking for more than “just a job”
• Evening availability is required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in dispatching or HVAC

Responsibilities

• Use Service Titan software to coordinate field technicians and routes
• Communicate job details, traffic updates, and priorities to technicians in real time
• Strategically schedule HVAC start-ups across assigned territories
• Act as the critical communication link between techs, managers, and builder reps
• Keep detailed logs and reports to ensure every job runs smoothly
