Requirements

Ability to read a map and provide written/oral directions and instructions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Assigning and scheduling vehicles and drivers for efficient passenger transportation.
Performing essential clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and basic mathematical calculations.
Assisting clients with general information and their scheduling needs.
Keeping client information accurate and up-to-date.
Conferring with clients to resolve issues related to missing, misrouted, or delayed routes.
