This is a remote position that includes virtual training and can be located anywhere in the U.S. The ideal candidate will be flexible within 8 am - 5:00 pm ET operation hours and possess strong communication and computer skills. A multitasker with a sense of urgency is a great fit for this role. The position involves communicating with drivers to resolve issues on routes for residential, commercial, and roll-off lines of business. It also includes handling incoming service orders, directing drivers, and resolving service issues. Interaction with customers, WM customer service, sales, and operational staff is expected. The role requires using WM proprietary software for same-day ticket routing and preparing routes for the next day. Shifts vary with the potential for overtime and Saturday hours depending on market area dispatch center needs. Some travel (up to 15%) may be required.
