About The Position

This is a seasonal position where you can use your winters off for travel, hunting, fishing, or other activities while your benefits continue year-round. The role is responsible for safely assigning appropriate equipment and personnel for completion of duties or deliveries to ensure on-time and efficient use of resources by dispatching trucks and personnel in a timely manner to meet targeted service levels and costs. In addition to dispatching, responsibilities include weighing trucks and assisting with customer needs and pit functions. A professional and courteous attitude towards customers and team members is required.

Requirements

General computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
GED or high school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and some Saturdays.
One year of telephone service or order taking in a business environment.

Nice To Haves

Ability to hold and maintain a license in accordance with all state regulations is preferred.
Dispatch experience preferred.

Responsibilities
