About The Position

This role is responsible for managing client pick-up requests, including planning, scheduling, and communicating with field operations. The dispatcher will also handle customer inquiries and complaints, assigning pick-ups to internal or external resources to ensure timely delivery to the lab. The pay range is $17.20+ per hour, with potential shift differentials for second and third shifts. Salary offers are determined by various factors including skills, training, experience, education, certifications, and market conditions. Successful candidates may also be eligible for annual performance bonuses.
