DCOMM is seeking a motivated and dependable Dispatcher / Administrative Assistant to support our field operations team in Ohio, Wisconsin, Missouri, and Pennsylvania. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone looking to start a career in operations, dispatching, telecommunications, or construction support. In this role, you will assist with administrative tasks while learning the day-to-day responsibilities of dispatch operations that support broadband and fiber field teams. You’ll help coordinate schedules, communicate with technicians and leadership, update systems and records, and ensure information is organized and accurate. This position is designed to provide hands-on training and growth opportunities into a Dispatcher or Operations Coordinator role over time. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, dependable, and comfortable communicating with both office staff and field personnel.
