Seasonal Dispatch Supervisor
About The Position
The Seasonal Dispatch Supervisor supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The position sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and develops functional working relationships with personnel at all levels of the organization. The supervisor manages department resources to support maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency; promotes a positive, team-oriented environment; and supports employees’ ongoing development through orientation, training, evaluations, coaching, and personal development plans. Employees must comply with applicable department, station, corporate, and local government safety requirements.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

- Management experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
