Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college coursework is a plus
- Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfort with technology and dispatch management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule drivers for timely pick-ups and deliveries
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests
- Monitor transportation routes and proactively resolve logistical challenges
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and schedules
- Support process improvements and help drive operational excellence
