About The Position

Be the calm voice people count on. Make every call matter. Help us deliver the legendary service AAA is known for. The available shift for this position is Saturday and Sunday, overnight from 10pm to 6am, Monday through Wednesday 2:30pm to 11pm. This is a remote position that requires the ability to attend mandatory in office meetings and trainings at our Harrisburg, PA location.

Hourly pay starts at $17.65 per hour plus the opportunity to earn a shift differential. Important note: This position is designated as Essential Duty Personnel, meaning team members are expected to report as scheduled—including weekends, holidays, and inclement weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support members in real-time by delivering calm, confident, and empathetic guidance during roadside emergencies.
• Coordinate service calls to AAA Fleet Technicians and our partners, ensuring fast, efficient assistance.
• Prioritize calls based on urgency, safety concerns, weather, and traffic conditions.
• Provide proactive updates so customers always know when help will arrive.
• Capture key details that support seamless service and strong team communication.
• Solve problems efficiently while creating a positive, memorable interaction.
• Partner with technicians and contractors to deliver reliable, high-quality service.
• Adapt to changing needs and step in wherever necessary to keep operations running smoothly.
