Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
Availability to attend mandatory training for 2 weeks (Mon - Fri, 9am - 4:30pm)
Availability to work weekends and holidays
Authorization to work in the United States
Must be at least 18 years old
Proficiency in computer applications, with professional phone etiquette
Strong customer service skills, with an ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

Monitoring and processing alarms, trouble signals, and supervisory signals as they are received.
Determining and contacting the appropriate authorities—police, fire, or medical—based on the situation.
Placing outgoing calls to verify alarms, dispatch the correct authorities, and notify responsible parties.
Maintaining clear and calm communication with customers.
Accurately documenting all responses in our alarm monitoring software.
