Requirements
- 3+ years of managerial experience, preferably in the trades
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- High ability to multi-task and switch tasks quickly
- Excellent organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Preferred experience using a Customer Service Software such as Service Titan
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage dispatch team to provide exemplary peer, customer and trade support
- Create and maintain team schedule to ensure adequate coverage for all operational hours
- Act as a backup for all dispatch and administrative processes, as needed
- Act as liaison between Done! Dispatch Team and National Call Center to ensure processes are working as efficiently as possible
- Ensure weekly KPI standards are monitored and maintained
