About The Position

Intelcom | Dragonfly is Canada’s leader in last-mile logistics, with over 100 sorting stations and operations across three continents. Our vision is to deliver fast, accurate, and reliable service powered by cutting-edge technology. This role is at the heart of the chain, coordinating connections between distributors and sorting stations, managing client pick-ups with distributors, and resolving operational conflicts. The position also involves analyzing network productivity costs and benefits with the support team, participating in network growth and improvements, and researching and preparing submissions for new transport supplier partnerships. Establishing strong communication and partnerships with distributors and sorting stations is key.

Requirements

At least 3 years experience in a fast pace environment, ideally in transport and logistics
Demonstrated knowledge and extensive understanding of short and long distance transport industry
Excellent knowledge of Canada’s road network
Recognised for your sense of organisation and ability to work under pressure
Demonstrated leadership experience
Capacity to communicate effectively in writing and verbally

Responsibilities

Coordinate the connections between the distributors and sorting station
Coordinate the pick-ups from our clients with our distributors
Operational conflict resolution throughout the network
With the support team, analyse the networks’ productivity costs and benefits
Participate in the network’s growth and improvements
Research and prepare submissions for new transport suppliers’ partnerships
Establish strong communication and partnership with the distributors and the sorting stations
