About The Position

This is a full-time position that is located at the corporate offices of Hobby Lobby in Oklahoma City.

Requirements

• Microsoft Office proficiency with emphasis on Excel
• Able to work well individually and within a team

Nice To Haves

• Previous transportation background preferred, but not required
• Understanding Department of Transportation rules and regulation is a plus
• Understanding of on-board computer technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist company truck drivers, vendors and contractors in a timely manner
• Looking for a quick learner and able to problem solve in a fast-paced environment
• Accurately assist with extensive data entry to benefit the dispatch team
• Manage a high volume of phone calls in a professional manner
• Demonstrate efficiency and productivity in all aspects of the office work environment
