About The Position

The Waymark Hotel is seeking a Dishwasher to join their kitchen team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware and the dishwashing area, ensuring a safe and presentable environment for both staff and guests.

• Previous hotel or kitchen experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all dishware, cookware, and utensils by hand or using commercial dishwashing equipment
• Polish stainless steel and silverware to hotel presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, kitchen floors, walls, vents, and work surfaces
• Clean spills promptly to ensure a safe kitchen environment
• Empty, clean, and return trash bins as needed
• Assist with deep cleaning and special cleaning projects
