About The Position
Wash and properly store all cooking utensils, pots, china equipment, flatware and glassware, clean food, storage, and preparation areas, and help maintain cleaning of kitchen equipment.
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
- High School diploma or GED
- Current Health Card from the State of Washington
- The ability to meet the physical demands listed below
- Positive attitude; takes pride and ownership in job

- Previous experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Sets up and maintains operation of the dishwasher area
- Maintains sanitary work areas and disposes of trash as needed
- Maintains an up to date Health Card & adheres to state and local health and safety regulations
- Follows the culinary / foodservices workers rules of conduct at the Club
- Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, shelves, equipment and small tools and all food storage areas.
- Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef or Line Lead at any time.
