About The Position

Wash and properly store all cooking utensils, pots, china equipment, flatware and glassware, clean food, storage, and preparation areas, and help maintain cleaning of kitchen equipment.

Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Current Health Card from the State of Washington
  • The ability to meet the physical demands listed below
  • Positive attitude; takes pride and ownership in job

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Sets up and maintains operation of the dishwasher area
  • Maintains sanitary work areas and disposes of trash as needed
  • Maintains an up to date Health Card & adheres to state and local health and safety regulations
  • Follows the culinary / foodservices workers rules of conduct at the Club
  • Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, shelves, equipment and small tools and all food storage areas.
  • Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef or Line Lead at any time.
