About The Position

Lafayette Club, located on the scenic shores of Lake Minnetonka, is hiring a Seasonal Dishwasher to join our hardworking and close-knit Culinary Team. We’re seeking a dependable, team-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment. This is a vital behind-the-scenes role that supports the success of every dining experience at the Club.

Responsibilities

Cleaning and properly storing all dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment
Maintaining cleanliness and order in dish rooms and storage areas
Operating and maintaining dish machines safely and effectively
Using cleaning chemicals responsibly (training and MSDS sheets provided)
Managing trash and recycling removal, including proper use of compactors and balers
Supporting daily and weekly cleaning of kitchen floors, storage rooms, and equipment
Cleaning and rotating food recycling bins (“pig buckets”)
Maintaining a clean and safe loading dock area
