About The Position

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining kitchen sanitation standards by washing dishes, taking out trash and recycling, and assisting with food preparation as needed. This role requires the ability to lift heavy objects and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. The position offers a competitive hourly wage and a season pass, along with opportunities for training and development.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must possess or obtain a valid food handlers permit within 30 days of employment.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear and taste or smell.
• Occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Set up dish station to Sundance standards.
• Take out trash, recycling, and linen.
• Follow standards to minimize grease going into the plumbing system.
• Support recycling program.
• Complete daily cleaning projects.
• Keep kitchen up to sanitary standards by mopping the floor and washing dishes.
• Restock lines with clean dishes.
• Assist with food preparation as needed.
